Artichokes: Chicken fricassee with artichokes
 

Ingredients for 4 servings

 

Chicken (1500-1800 gr.) 1 pc

Fresh onions 4 pcs.

Onion 1 pc.

Artichokes 450g. 1 pack

Olive oil 100 gr.

White wine 350 gr. (1 cup)

Lettuce 1 pc

Eggs (yolks) 3 pc

Lemon (juice) 1 pc

Salt - Pepper

 

 

We are preparing to cut the chicken into 8 pieces (it is advisable to do the butcher for us).

In a wide saucepan, heat the olive oil and gently fry the chicken pieces without getting paint.

Add the onion and chopped green onions and stir constantly.

Once wilted onions will erase our food with white wine and let it evaporate until as ¾.
